Were working with a well established and highly regarded PR agency that is looking to add a talented PR Account Executive to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a PR professional who is passionate about media, creative campaigns and storytelling and wants to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious agency environment.
The Role As a PR Account Executive, youll support the delivery of creative and results driven PR campaigns across a varied portfolio of clients. Youll work alongside Account Managers and senior team members, gaining hands on experience across media relations, content creation, client communications and campaign delivery.
Your responsibilities will include
Supporting the delivery of PR and communications campaignsBuilding and maintaining relationships with journalists and media contactsResearching relevant media opportunities and identifying new anglesWriting press releases, pitches, features, briefing documents and other contentProactively pitching stories to journalists and securing media coverageMonitoring news and identifying opportunities for clientsSupporting client meetings, campaign planning and account administrationTracking media coverage and contributing to campaign reportsAssisting with the organisation of events, launches and other PR activityWorking collaboratively with Account Managers and the wider agency teamStaying up to date with industry, media and client developmentsAbout You Were looking for someone who is curious, proactive and genuinely passionate about PR and communications.
Youll ideally have
Previous PR, communications or agency experienceExperience working with or supporting client accountsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detailAn understanding of the media landscape and how to generate coverageConfidence communicating with journalists and clientsA creative mindset with the ability to spot a good storyStrong organisation and time-management skillsA proactive approach and willingness to get stuck inA genuine interest in building a long-term career within PRWhy Join?
