Purchasing Administrator

Purchasing Administrator- Portadown Your new company A fantastic opportunity to work for a well established, recognised engineering organisation based in Portadown. This organisation is a market leader in their industry and have a fantastic reputation.

Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator. This is a full time permanent job. Hours of work are either Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00 and Friday: 07:00 - 12:00 OR Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 17.15 and Friday 08.00 - 12.00.

Salary for this role is 30k-32k. Your new role As Purchasing Administrator duties include: Ensure that all purchase requisitions are approved and converted in a timely manner. Ensure supplier orderbooks are up to date and monitor due dates on open orders Generate stock reports through the ERP system and action against reorder points.

Onboard new suppliers to the ERP system Book incoming & outgoing transport. Administrating Travel & Expenses Complete customs import declarations Customs administrative duties Other purchasing related duties and administration duties that may be required What you'll get in return You will be offered an excellent salary.
