Python Developer IAM Okta SaaS

Overview

In this role you will advance identity and access management through software, automation, and cloud tooling. You’ll contribute to secure access platforms and internal tooling, collaborating with Security, Engineering and People teams. You will integrate Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust, and use Infrastructure as Code to ship reliable solutions. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a growing European car insurance tech business with flexible, DEI-focused work options. You’ll shape the next generation of IAM offerings and developer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation, platform features, and internal tooling to support IAM initiatives
• Build Python and Rust applications for identity and access management tasks
• Integrate Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust into the platform
• Apply Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform) to cloud deployments
• Deliver end-to-end projects across the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders

Key requirements

• Strong Python development skills
• Some Rust experience (beneficial but not essential)
• Knowledge of IAM solutions, including Okta
• Understanding of IaC with Terraform
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects
