Overview In this role you will develop financial analytics tools within a leading Quant client's ecosystem. You'll bridge back-end Python services with front-end components to support risk management and market data analytics.
You work across multiple languages and development methodologies to deliver scalable fintech solutions. You will optimize existing tools, implement data-driven improvements and integrate with external services. This role offers impact across analytics, reporting and data infrastructure in a fast-paced, finance-focused environment.
Responsibilities Develop cutting-edge FinTech tools and systems to enhance analytics, reporting and risk management Design and optimize data structures and software to improve efficiency Build scalable processes and systems for internal/external apps and data integration Apply probability, statistics, and numerical methods to improve product offerings Deliver complex software projects with sound development processes and tooling Work across multiple languages and development methodologies Develop both traditional applications and services delivered as a product Key requirements Commercial Python development experience Django Framework experience Some frontend JavaScript experience Interest in finance BSc in Maths Stats, Physics or Engineering Experience with multiple languages (Python, R, SQL) and development methodologies Track record of delivering complex software projects and implementing solid development processes problem solving cross-functional collaboration proactivity Python Django JavaScript (frontend)
