Overview

In this role you will design and deliver backend solutions and AI-enabled workflows that empower intelligent agents. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to implement robust APIs and prompt-driven systems leveraging LLMs. You’ll translate AI capabilities into practical, commercially valuable products and contribute to the company’s mission of applying AI to real-world challenges. Responsibilities

• Develop backend code and REST APIs in Python
• Focus on prompt engineering and LLM integration
• Collaborate with Technical Architect to build robust, performant solutions
• Design and deploy intelligent agents for practical tasks
• Integrate tools like Claude and ChatGPT into workflows
• Turn AI experiments into usable products
• Collaborate with a diverse team in a supportive environment

Key requirements

• Strong Python software engineering skills across the full development lifecycle (development, testing, deployment)
• Experience building AI agents or automating business processes using agentic technology
• Experience with JSON-based REST APIs
• Comfort working in a startup environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, Agile, CI/CD
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience interfacing with databases/graph databases (Neo4J or similar)
• Degree educated with minimum 2.1 from a top-tier university
