QA Manager - Roofing & Cladding

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced QA Manager to join a specialist roofing and cladding contractor on a major £30m package at Sizewell C in Suffolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a substantial project offering approximately 2½ years of work.

Responsibilities:

</br>

• </br>
• Manage quality assurance across roofing and cladding installations.
• </br>
• Ensure works comply with the project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• </br>
• Carry out site inspections, recording photographic evidence and testing documentation.
• </br>
• Manage snagging, non-conformances and handover processes.
• </br>
• Liaise with clients, building control and clerks of works.
• </br>
• Oversee material inspections and maintain quality trackers.
• </br>
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to required inspection and hold points.
• </br>

Requirements:

• </br>
• Strong background in roofing, cladding or façade quality management.
• </br>
• Experience using digital QA systems, ideally Dalux.
• </br>
• Good understanding of technical drawings, specifications and installation standards.
• </br>
• SMSTS, appropriate CSCS/NVQ Management qualification, First Aid and Fire Marshal.
• </br>
• Confident communicating with clients and subcontractors.
• </br>
• Based within a commutable distance of Sizewell, Suffolk
• </br>
