QA Manager - Roofing & Cladding

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced QA Manager to join a specialist roofing and cladding contractor on a major £30m package at Sizewell C in Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a substantial project offering approximately 21⁄2 years of work.

Responsibilities

Manage quality assurance across roofing and cladding installations. Ensure works comply with the project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Carry out site inspections, recording photographic evidence and testing documentation.

Manage snagging, non-conformances and handover processes. Liaise with clients, building control and clerks of works. Oversee material inspections and maintain quality trackers. Ensure subcontractors adhere to required inspection and hold points.

Requirements

Strong background in roofing, cladding or façade quality management. Experience using digital QA systems, ideally Dalux. Good understanding of technical drawings, specifications and installation standards. SMSTS, appropriate CSCS/NVQ Management qualification, First Aid and Fire Marshal.

Confident communicating with clients and subcontractors. Based within a commutable distance of Sizewell, Suffolk
