p strong The Role /strong /p p Our client is seeking an experienced strong Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer /strong to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. /li li Review titles, contracts, searches and property documentation. /li li Raise and respond to enquiries and negotiate where required. /li li Manage transactions through exchange and completion. /li li Deal with Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements. /li li Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors. /li li Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice and maintain excellent client care. /li li Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, AML and risk requirements. /li /ul p br /p p strong Requirements /strong /p ul li Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent. /li li Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently. /li li Strong knowledge of residential property law and Land Registry procedures. /li li Excellent organisational, communication and client-management skills. /li li High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines. /li li Proactive, commercially minded and committed to delivering a high-quality service. /li /ul p br /p
