Responsibilities

• Act as the customers representative within project and bid teams to maximise satisfaction
• Monitor, analyse and report quality performance to support project delivery
• Encourage and develop best practice across programmes and functions
• Identify risks, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement
• Plan and conduct project audits and surveillance in line with Quality Plans and audit strategies
• Promote a positive quality culture across the business

Key requirements

• Experience in quality assurance, regulated, or continuous improvement environments
• Knowledge of current quality standards, practices, and methodologies
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and certification requirements
• SC clearance (or willingness to obtain) - required for the role
