Quality Control Site Lead | Hinkley Point C (HPC) | Nuclear New Build Are you an experienced Quality professional with a strong background in manufacturing, construction or nuclear projects? Boccard is looking for a Quality Control Site Lead to join our team at Hinkley Point C, one of the UK's most significant nuclear new build projects.
In this role, you will lead and develop the Quality Control team, oversee inspections and Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), drive a Right First-Time culture, and ensure compliance with nuclear quality requirements, welding standards and project specifications.
What you'll bring: ? Extensive quality experience within manufacturing, construction or regulated industries ? Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems ? Experience leading quality teams and driving continuous improvement ?
Understanding of welding, NDT and inspection processes ? Ability to investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions ? Knowledge of nuclear quality requirements and standards (RCC-M, ISO 19443 or Nuclear New Build experience highly desirable) Why join Boccard?
