Be part of our Quality Team at our Stonehouse site in Gloucestershire. Join our Quality team as a Quality Controller and play a key role ensuring all products produced onsite meet necessary criteria and standards by performing in- process inspections and release checks, batch record reviews and complete all relevant documentation according to GDP requirements.
Based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, you will become part of a team of 9 professionals who look forward to shaping the future together with you. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.10 – 16.10 and Friday 7.10 – 12.10.Grow with us – Your Responsibilities Daily, you will be responsible for checking and visually inspecting assemblies and sub – assemblies in the cleanroom according to specificationsYou will routinely check plastic parts and components, machines and processes against specificationsYou will actively report and communicate any issues that arise to the QC Supervisor and the rest of the teamLiaising and working closely with Quality and Production teams continuously, including outcome of inspections and findingsDealing with daily quality issues and failures and informing relevant departments of nay failuresYou will record non – conformances and take appropriate actionsYou will follow ISO 9001, ISO13485 and regulatory IVD requirements as well as good documentation practice (GDP) and ensure compliance at all timesWorking part of the team as well as independentlyWhat will convince us Experience in a quality control role in manufacturing or production environment in the pharmaceutical or medical industry following ISO standards would be ideal though candidates from other industries will also be considered i.e.: automotive, food, aerospace etc.
