Under the direct, hands-on mentorship of our Quality Manager, we will train and support you through the engineering, QMS, and compliance side of the job. Your practical inspection background gives you the perfect foundation for what we do, but here you'll be given the space and training to grow into a well-rounded engineer. You'll get out from behind the desk, split your time between the engineering office and active manufacturing floor, and master specialized skills like high-pressure pneumatic testing and root cause problem-solving.
What You'll Be Doing (With Full Mentorship & Support) Practical Shop-Floor Inspection: Using your keen eye for detail to inspect incoming/outgoing components, measure tight tolerances, and work alongside our production technicians.
Hands-On Pressure Testing: Learning to set up physical test rigs, run pneumatic pressure tests, and certify high-spec fluid/gas systems. Root Cause Problem Solving: Moving beyond just logging an NCR. You'll investigate why a part failed, run root cause analysis (RCA), and help implement permanent engineering fixes.
