Quality Specialist

Overview

In this role you will support deploying the quality strategy for a local unit, ensuring quality culture, systems and capable teams to meet customer expectations and sustainable operations. You will work with cross-functional functions to drive prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis and effective corrective actions. You will contribute to world‑class performance by addressing risks and implementing preventive measures, with hands-on problem solving and supplier development. This is an onsite opportunity in a collaborative, impact‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate about quality management within area of responsibility
• Identify and address quality-related risks and opportunities
• Analyze quality data to identify risks, failures and non-conformances
• Facilitate resolution of customer cases through root cause analysis and CAPA actions
• Adopt hands-on problem solving to foster quality culture in the unit
• Develop and manage suppliers to support the business

Key requirements

• Proven problem-solving methodology skills with hands-on stakeholder engagement
• Experience in supplier development, approval processes and supplier issue management
• Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with internal/supplier audits and CAPA implementation
• Ability to develop and implement quality standards and procedures
• Ability to read drawings and perform PPAPs
