Overview In this Quant Developer role, you will help shape and evolve a 24/7 trading and research stack for a leading crypto trading firm. You'll partner with research and trading teams to move data from raw streams into production-ready strategies while improving scalability, observability, and performance.
You'll guide infrastructure and operations to ensure reliable, low-latency trading systems. Pay / Benefits high compensation (up to 200k+ bonus) flexible start times office-based 5 days a week open, relaxed culture Responsibilities Shape core trading system engineering and technology choices for 24/7 operation Improve scalability, observability, and end-to-end performance of trading systems Collaborate with research and trading teams to accelerate data-to-production workflows Manage and support trading system operations Key requirements 3 years experience in trading, finance, or high-demand environments Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript; experience with Netty, Aeron, SBE, Chronicle Infrastructure management with strong AWS focus; solid networking (TCP/UDP/FIX/DNS/WebSocket, multicast) and security mindset Long-term Linux user with server administration and performance tuning expertise Experience building event-driven systems using Netty, Aeron, and SBE Collaboration Problem solving/analytical thinking Communication and mentoring Java Python JavaScript
