Quantexa Senior Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead Quantexa-driven data solutions, guiding architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation for clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and business SMEs to ensure successful delivery within a fast-growing Data & AI practice. You’ll shape solutions that leverage entity resolution, network generation, and contextual analytics at scale. This position offers impact through leading technical delivery, mentoring teams, and advancing Quantexa-enabled capabilities across client ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Quantexa implementations from requirements to production deployment
• Own use-case specific Quantexa configurations including data ingestion, entity resolution, scoring, and network generation
• Serve as the primary technical interface between client stakeholders and the delivery team
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into Quantexa design artifacts
• Support agile delivery across multiple pods/use cases and groom the backlog
• Perform technical code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Mentor development teams in Quantexa data modelling, scoring logic, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with architects and data engineers to integrate Quantexa into broader Big Data ecosystems
• Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Key requirements

• Quantexa Technical Certification is mandatory
• Proven end-to-end Quantexa SDLC implementations (design, build, test, deploy)
• Deep understanding of Quantexa components: Entity Resolution, Scoring Framework, Contextual Network Generation, UI Configuration
• Strong background in Big Data: Scala, Apache Spark, Hadoop, ElasticSearch
• Experience with data modelling in large-scale analytics platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to produce and present technical design artifacts aligned to Quantexa architecture
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
