The ideal candidate would have more than 3-5 years' experience with a UK residential developer on a permanent basis working on residential new build projects from inception to completion. In return my client can offer a competitive salary up to 60,000 (DOE) plus a package and career progression within the company.
A degree/masters in Quantity Surveying would be essential. RICS membership would be desirable but not essential. CIOB membership would be desirable but not essential. If you are interested, please apply and send your CV across.
