The company operate throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to 20m in value. They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects.
The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure. Due to an increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in a Quantity Surveyor that can work on large projects autonomously.
Project values are on average circa 10m, and they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that is capable of delivering projects from inception through to completion. The ideal person will have at least 5 years' experience, be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.
