25 days Holiday + comprehensive benefits package The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Quantity Surveyor – Brickwork will involve: Quantity surveyor position delivering a range of high-quality masonry packages on residential and commercial developments across the UK Dealing with Tier 1 developers and contractors Manage the commercial and financial performance of brickwork packages from handover through to final account Prepare budgets, valuations, payment applications, cost reports, and cash flow forecast Identify, price, negotiate, and agree variations and additional works Administer and advise on subcontract and main contract conditions (primarily JCT) Work closely with site, contracts, and estimating teams to support profitable and efficient project delivery The ideal applicant will be Quantity Surveyor – Brickwork with: Must have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Ideally will have experience quantity within brickwork, masonry, scaffolding or related
