This is a permanent role offering long-term career development within a well-established and forward-thinking business. The roleManaging all commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final accountPreparing cost plans, budgets, valuations, and forecastsProcuring subcontractors and managing contractual arrangementsMonitoring project costs and identifying risks and opportunitiesWorking closely with site teams, clients, and external consultantsAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining strong commercial control and professional standards.
About youProven experience in a similar role within the construction industryStrong knowledge of standard forms of contractExcellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesConfident communicator with a collaborative approachThe successful Quantity Surveyor will be commercially astute, detail-focused, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
