Quantity Surveyor

We're working with a leading engineering and infrastructure business looking to strengthen its commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of multidisciplinary engineering and design projects.

The role

Manage commercial performance, cost reporting, forecasting and change control Support precontract pricing and commercial engagement for design packages Work with NEC3/4 contracts, particularly PSC and ECS options Monitor cost recovery, timesheets and project financial performance Collaborate with engineering, planning and finance teams

What we're looking for

Experience as a QS or Senior QS working with NEC contracts Strong commercial awareness and cost-control skills Background in design-led or multidisciplinary engineering environments Experience in cost reporting, forecasting and change management MRICS/MICES qualified or working towards chartership What's on offer?
