Quantity Surveyor - Energy Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies
• Proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to meet programme KPIs, cost control and value engineering
• Manage contract changes effectively to maintain governance and best practices
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and budgeting

Key requirements

• Degree qualification in a relevant subject (preferred)
• Experience on major programmes and projects
• Experience in infrastructure (rail, air, marine/ports, utilities/highways) or energy projects (nuclear, oil & gas, wind, carbon capture)
• Contract Management experience (NEC3, Option C or NEC 4 preferred)
• Possession or pursuit of professional body membership or equivalent
