Job Description Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks Quantity Surveyor - Saxton Recruitment is partnering on an exclusive role with a groundworks and construction contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work play a key role in an expanding business based in Derby operating as a groundworks contractor and main contractor on building projects.

Duties
Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages Organising payments and compiling reports Managing project variations and valuations Produce accurate records and reports
Requirements
Experience working with a construction contractor Experience working as an Assistant QS or QS Experience working on 'live' projects Industry related qualification To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £1m+.
