Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering cost management services across a range of construction projects from inception through to completion. Working closely with senior team members and clients,

your responsibilities will include

Preparing cost estimates, budgets and feasibility studiesManaging tender processes and procurement strategiesProducing contract documentation and administering contractsCost reporting and financial management throughout project lifecyclesValuations, variations and final account negotiationsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupporting the successful delivery of projects across a variety of sectorsThis role would suit a mid-level Quantity Surveyor looking to further develop their consultancy experience within a supportive and growing team.
