Your New RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you'll support commercial activities across live and upcoming developments, working closely with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager. You will be involved in: Procurement and management of subcontractorsCost planning, forecasting, and budget controlPreparing valuations and payment applicationsEnsuring compliance with internal processes and housebuilding standardsContributing to efficient, profitable project deliveryThis is a fantastic role for a QS who enjoys structure, clear processes, and the satisfaction of working in an organised, well-run commercial team.
