Quantity Surveyor (Hiring Immediately)

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Water Framework team based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in the commercial management of construction projects within our Water Framework.

Working closely with the project delivery team, you'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through to successful project completion. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills whilst contributing to meaningful infrastructure projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in delivering contractual control and cost management across diverse projects. Working alongside the project delivery team to ensure contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors Managing commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement through to interim and final account agreement Being involved in final account negotiations to ensure the best possible outcomes Supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery Promoting wellbeing within your team and fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is actively encouraged This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if: You hold a relevant academic qualification in a Construction related degree You hold a Full driving licence You have prior experience working in a Commercial role for a contractor You have experience with a variety of contract forms So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
