This is a permanent, long-term role with a well-established specialist contractor who offer on the job training so you can continue to progress your skills technically. The company are known for strong staff retention and a supportive culture, and due to continued workload, they are looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can confidently manage contracts and client commercial queries.

In this role you will capture valuations, manage applications, handle early warning notices, and work closely with sub-contractors and the wider commercial team, including oversight of a commercial team member in Exeter.

This role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong JCT and NEC knowledge, looking for a secure, long-term role in a business with a great team culture and steady growth.
