Quantity Surveyor

Overview We're partnering with a well-established regional contractor based near Warrington who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. The company delivers a range of projects across the commercial, industrial, leisure, and healthcare sectors, working with both private clients and public bodies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years' experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility and gain exposure to a wide variety of projects. The role comes with strong career progression opportunities within a supportive, growing business.

Responsibilities Administer contracts (JCT/NEC) and ensure compliance with commercial requirements. Prepare, submit, and negotiate valuations, variations, and final accounts. Manage procurement, subcontractor tendering, and contract negotiation.

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions. Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and risk assessments. Work closely with project teams and clients to ensure commercial success. Requirements 3+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (Desirable). Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract administration. Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills. What's on Offer Salary of up to £60,000 plus package.
