Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity SurveyorLocation: East of ScotlandSector: Residential DevelopmentWe are currently working in partnership with one of Scotland's most award-winning residential developers, who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in the East of Scotland.

The OpportunityYou will support the commercial delivery of residential developments across the East of Scotland, working closely with senior commercial and site teams.
The client is open to candidates from non-residential backgrounds and will provide support to transition into residential if required. Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with cost management across residential developmentsProcurement and management of subcontract packagesValuations, variations and cost reportingSupporting monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs)Working closely with site teams to ensure commercial controlLiaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholdersAbout YouMinimum 2 years' post-graduate experienceBackground from a PQS, main contractor or subcontractor environmentStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailGood communication skills and a collaborative approachResidential experience not essentialWhat's on OfferOpportunity to join an award-winning residential developerStrong, secured pipeline of workClear progression and long-term career developmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageSupportive and well-structured commercial teamFor more information or a confidential discussion, please contact me directly.
