The projects you will be working on will be traditional new build houses and apartments. This developer is extremely well known in the construction industry for their impressive track record and finished results for their new build developments.
They are a top 5 housebuilder in the UK which has won multiple awards. Ideal candidate3-5 years' experience. BSc degree in quantity surveyor or a relevant construction qualification. Good data skills. RICS membership is required.
Residential developer experience is required. Line management skills is desirable. Good knowledge in Microsoft office including excel, access and wanting an extended knowledge of software packages. Strong Quantity Surveyor track record experience.
