Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of cost consultancy services from acquisition stage through to final account agreementLiaise with clients, cost consultants, and project managers to ensure coordinated project deliveryPrepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets to support development viability and decision makingManage procurement processes and assist with tender evaluation and contractor selectionUndertake cost control, reporting, and financial monitoring across multiple live projectsAssist with contract preparation, negotiation, and administration throughout project lifecycleEngage with supply chain partners to support effective delivery and cost management strategiesProcess contractor payments and manage budget reconciliations in line with project progressSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum three years experience within UK construction as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost ConsultantStrong understanding of cost planning, procurement, and post contract cost management processesExperience working within consultancy or main contractor environments is highly desirableExposure to residential or mixed-use development projects within urban environmentsDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related construction disciplineMRICS or MCIOB qualification or working towards professional accreditation is preferredStrong communication skills to manage stakeholders and support client relationships effectivelyMotivated approach with a genuine interest in construction and project deliverySalary & BenefitsSalary between 50,000 and 70,000 depending on experience and capability levelDiscretionary bonus linked to individual and company performance outcomesHybrid working model with a mix of office, site, and remote working arrangementsTwenty seven days annual leave plus bank holidays for work life balance supportPension contributions matched up to five percent for long term financial planningPrivate healthcare and life assurance included within the benefits packageTravel expenses covered for site visits across London and surrounding areasWho Is This Role Ideal For?
