Do you want the opportunity to work on major highways and civil engineering projects while playing a key role in the continued growth of the business? This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established subcontractor working across London and Surrey, with the potential to develop and eventually build your own commercial team.

This family-run business specialises in highways, civil engineering and groundworks, delivering rejuvenation and maintenance projects for major clients. With turnover expected to almost double, the business is continuing to expand.

In this role, you will manage the commercial side of projects, covering take-offs, NEC contracts, change control, cost management and subcontractor relationships. You will also support junior members of the team and play a key role in securing new projects.

With that, the ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying experience within civils or highways, strong NEC knowledge, and a proactive approach to commercial management. The Person
