Job Description Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy Quantity Surveyor - a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy.
The company work across advanced manufacturing, commercial, education, sports and leisure sectors - with project values ranging as high as £1bn. The initial project is a major advanced manufacturing development which consists of several projects ranging between £20m - £100m.

Duties
End-to-end commercial delivery of major advanced manufacturing facilities Work closely the building contractor and various project stakeholders Provide excellent level of service to the client Work closely with the company directors
Requirements
Experience delivering construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor Experience working with consultancy or building contractor Great communication and organisation skills Construction related qualifications To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience successfully managing construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor.
