Quantity Surveyor - Toronto Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career overseas? We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Quantity Surveyors to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

Duties

  • Review Prime Contract to determine obligations, liabilities and highlight risk
  • Develop risk register & key contractual obligations from Contract review
  • Maintain excellent relationships clients, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Develop and implement Change Management procedures
  • Analyse bids from subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements

- Experience working xsngvjr on large scale projects valued at £25m+ - Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS - Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor - Willing and able to relocate to Canada To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on D&B projects (£25m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
