Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple residential developments across Warwickshire and Birmingham. Your duties will include:Subcontractor procurement and package managementPreparing and managing valuationsCost reporting and budget controlForecasting project costs and cash flowManaging variations and change controlPreparing and agreeing final accountsMonitoring project profitability and commercial performanceLiaising with site teams, subcontractors and senior managementConducting regular site visits across the West Midlands regionThis role offers a blend of site, office and home, providing flexibility whilst maintaining close involvement with live projects.
