Overview In this role you will be a hands-on React Native engineer within a fast-growing fintech, shaping the mobile platform for iOS and Android. You collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver a seamless, user-centric SaaS mobile experience and drive performance, reliability, and scalability.
You'll work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs, perform testing and reviews, and ensure pixel-perfect UI in a fast-paced, agile environment. This is an opportunity to influence product-wide mobile improvements and contribute to a high-impact digital platform.
Responsibilities Design, develop and implement new features in the React Native mobile app for iOS and Android Optimize app performance, reliability and responsiveness across devices Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend engineers Conduct testing, debugging and code reviews to ensure stability Implement pixel-perfect UI with designers for best user experience Participate in agile processes (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into maintainable code Key requirements 3+ years of mobile development experience in React Native (iOS and Android) Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and mobile development frameworks Knowledge of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices Experience with RESTful API integration and backend collaboration Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps and writing clean code Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) collaboration communication problem-solving React Native JavaScript/TypeScript RESTful APIs
