The RoleResidential development and regeneration acquisitions and disposalsStrategic land work for housebuilders, promoters, and landownersCommercial real estate transactions including leases, landlord & tenant, investment, and portfolio dealsManaging your own caseload with increasing autonomyDrafting, negotiating, and advising with commercial clarityBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to team initiativesYou'll work predominantly on housebuilder and strategic land matters, with exposure to a broad mix of commercial property work across the wider team.
About YouEngland & Wales qualified solicitor, 4+ PQE (flexible for strong candidates)Experience in residential development, regeneration, and/or strategic landConfident handling complex title due diligenceStrong communicator with a proactive, commercial approachAble to commute to Cheltenham at least three days a weekWhy Join?
