As an Associate, you'll play a key role in a market-leading Residential Development team, advising a broad client base including national housebuilders, developers, landowners and registered providers. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to high-quality, complex development work.
Key responsibilities include
Acting on residential development acquisitions and disposalsAdvising on affordable housing transactions for developers and registered providersSupporting on strategic land projects, including promotion agreements and option arrangementsHandling a wide range of development matters such as: Overage agreementsConditional contractsTitle due diligenceEasements and tenanciesWorking closely with colleagues across planning, tax and other specialist teamsYou'll benefit from early responsibility, meaningful client exposure and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects.
Candidate RequirementsYou will ideally have:2-4+ PQE in Commercial Real EstateExperience in residential development, or a strong interest in specialising in this areaA solid grounding in real estate transactions and development workStrong technical skills combined with commercial awarenessExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationshipsA proactive approach with an interest in business development and client growthWhy Join?
