This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced real estate disputes lawyer to join a well established team focusing on high quality and complex matters.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will proactively and independently manage a varies caseload of both residential and commercial property disputes including but not limited to: Advising on both freehold and leasehold issues Lease renewals, terminations and breaches of lease issues Non-payment of rent Forfeiture Dilapidations Easements including rights of way Trespassing and nuisance claims Title disputes Service charge disputes Land Registry and 1st tier tribunal applications Co-ownership disputes Other
responsibilities
Ensuring adherence to court and tribunal deadlines, with consistent attention to high-quality case management. Assessing claims, analysing the strengths and weaknesses of defences and counterclaims, and advising clients accordingly.
Delivering training sessions and supporting the professional development of junior staff. Keeping clients informed through regular reporting and maintaining transparent communication throughout case progression. Contributing to business development efforts and supporting the growth of the practice.
