Real Estate Litigation Associate | London | Mid-Market Law Firm Ortus Group is working with a highly regarded mid-market law firm in the City of London that is looking to hire a Real Estate Litigation Associate to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid landlord and tenant experience who is looking for a role offering genuine responsibility, strong client exposure and the opportunity to play an active part in developing a successful real estate litigation practice.
The role
Work across a broad range of real estate litigation matters, with a particular focus on advising landlords Handle your own caseload with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy Assist on larger and more complex matters alongside experienced colleagues Develop strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base Have significant direct client contact from an early stage Contribute to business development and wider departmental initiatives The ideal candidate: A qualified solicitor with experience in real estate litigation Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law across both commercial and residential property Able to provide clear, commercially focused advice and deliver work to a high standard Confident managing matters and communicating directly with clients A team player with a genuine interest in business development Keen to join a supportive team where they can continue to develop their expertise What's on offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Private medical insurance Contributory pension 25 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays Season ticket loan Hybrid working - currently 3 days in the office / 2 remotely A supportive, professional and collaborative environment
