You will advise on commercial property and residential investment matters, managing your own files and contributing to the team's fee-earning targets while delivering high standards of client service. Key responsibilitiesAdvise on and progress commercial property transactions; draft and review leases, sale/purchase documents and finance-related paperwork.
Identify and resolve legal and transactional risks; provide pragmatic, commercially focused solutions. Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and regulatory requirements; maintain excellent file management and accurate time recording.
Build a developing client/referrer base and spot opportunities to refer work across the firm. Supervise junior staff and cover for colleagues as required; support marketing and practice development activities. Skills and experienceQualified solicitor (LPC+PSC or SQE route) with solid commercial property experience.
Strong technical accuracy, commercial awareness and an ability to manage multiple transactions to deadline. Clear communicator, organised, and comfortable working independently and within a team.
