Responsibilities
The Production Shared Services (PSS) function is responsible for the seamless and timely delivery of MSCI products and services to clients across multiple business lines, including Index, Analytics, and Sustainability working knowledge of Python or scripting preferred Practical exposure to AI-enabled tools such as generative AI copilots and anomaly detection systems, with demonstrated ability to apply them to operational problems Strong communication skills and the confidence to represent the team and push back constructively in global stakeholder discussions Genuine interest in developing those around you, with experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues Willingness to work in a global, shift-based environment supporting real-time production cycles About MSCI: What we offer you Transparent compensation schemes and comprehensive employee benefits, tailored to your location, ensuring your financial security, health, and overall wellbeing.
