Recruiter II, GTM Ecosystems

Overview

In this role you shape Datadog’s growth by identifying and engaging top talent and delivering a standout candidate experience. You will be the face of recruiting, partnering with leadership to refine interview processes and close great candidates. You’ll manage full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer, while maintaining clean data in Greenhouse. This position combines talent strategy with hands-on execution to support rapid scaling and a strong employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes
• Ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates
• Enhance recruitment processes through interviewer training
• Leverage Greenhouse to track progress and maintain clean data
• Ensure an excellent interview experience for all candidates

Key requirements

• 2–5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house or at a staffing agency
• Strong sourcing skills to identify where top talent lives
• Autonomous with ability to juggle multiple roles independently
• Proven ability to sell value proposition, negotiate, and close candidates
• Ability to operate with urgency across the recruiting cycle
