As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Group Talent function and are seeking a high-energy volume Recruiter to support large-scale hiring across our multi-brand organisation.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey. What you'll be doingYou'll be at the centre of our high-volume hiring activity, supporting multiple frontline operational areas and helping us meet ongoing workforce demands.

Your day-to-day will include: Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across a range of rolesConducting telephone pre-screen interviews, assessing candidate suitability and attitudeDelivering a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to onboardingWorking closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and at paceUsing a variety of attraction methods to generate strong candidate pipelinesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process throughoutWhat we're looking forExcellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quicklyStrong resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on getting resultsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at onceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPrevious volume recruitment experience (in-house or agency)Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and CV LibraryWhat you'll get in returnHybrid working (3 days in the office per week)25 days holiday plus bank holidaysEnhanced maternity and paternity packagesHealth cash plan and pension schemeFree on-site parkingAccess to employee benefits, including discounts on retail, travel, and wellbeing servicesWhy join Marston Holdings?
