Recruitment Consultant

We are looking to grow our existing team. As a recruitment Consultant you will act as the link between clients seeking staff and candidates looking for work. This a full 360 role. We are an independent agency specialising in Hospitality and Catering Recruitment.

This role is office based in central Reading. Duties will include business development, client relationship management and candidate resourcing, advertising, interviewing and placing candidates in suitable roles. Success is driven by hitting sales target in a fast paced enviroment.
