Recruitment Consultant – Swindon People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant – Swindon to join our well-established team based in Swindon . Day-to-Day Duties As a Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include: Carrying out business development activity, including contacting prospective clients to identify new business opportunities Managing and developing existing client relationships to increase market share Attending client meetings to discuss new and ongoing recruitment campaigns Sourcing and matching suitable candidates to vacancies Writing engaging and effective job advertisements Shortlisting and interviewing candidates Ensuring all recruitment activity remains compliant and completing associated administration Conducting regular client service reviews Reporting on activity and performance Working towards and exceeding agreed targets and KPIs Essential Skills To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Confidence communicating with both clients and candidates Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for visiting client sites and offices The right to work in the UK, with proof required Desirable Experience Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential Previous business development, sales or client-facing experience would be advantageous Training Provided A full paid induction will be provided On-the-job training from day one Ongoing training and career development throughout your career with People Solutions Apply If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join People Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant in Swindon , apply today to find out more.
