Based in our flagship Cheapside office, you'll join one of our most successful and ambitious teams, working alongside experienced recruiters in a collaborative and high-performance environment. Your New Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates, helping businesses attract top talent while supporting individuals with their career aspirations.
Your responsibilities will include
Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment processBuilding and developing relationships with new and existing clientsGenerating new business opportunities through calls, meetings and networkingManaging the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer negotiationDeveloping specialist market knowledge to become a trusted recruitment partnerWorking towards individual and team revenue targets while building your personal brandWhat You'll Need to Succeed: Recent graduate or equivalent professional experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ambitious, driven and motivated by success Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to build relationships and influence others Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term careerNo previous recruitment experience is required.
