The Results People are looking for a Recruitment Consultant based on site in Kettering supporting our clients and their operations. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you'll play a key role in helping clients find the right people for their warehouse operations.
What We Offer
£30,090 per annum + bonus Monday to Friday, office hours, flexibility requiered, oncall Full training and resources to support your professional development
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with management to understand recruitment and staffing needs. Source candidates through LogicMelon, CV databases, online platforms, and recruitment open days. Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
Handle recruitment administration, candidate registrations, and accurate record-keeping. Ensure timely placements and full compliance with recruitment requirements.
About You
Motivated, proactive, and passionate about recruitment. Organised, adaptable, and able to manage a high-volume workload. A strong team player, eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
