What You’ll be Doing

Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team. Proactive in developing new business DAILY Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face. Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk. Managing key accounts.

Full accountability for your own sales. Driver attraction/registrations/RTW checks/Licence checks. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch). 24/7 Mobile Cover on rota basis What You’ll Need to Succeed: Ability to build and develop business relationships.

This role is HEAVILY sales based - Cold Calling client and pursing active leads A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach. Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field. What You’ll Receive in Return: A competitive basic salary DOE.
