Recruitment Consultant

Location: Bristol City Centre (Moving to a brand-new office shortly!)

Salary: £26,000–£32,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Realistic Year 1 OTE: £45,000–£50,000+)

What You'll Do Market Focus: Build a deep network in specialist tech markets (such as embedded software & electronics) across your own dedicated region/niche .

Client Engagement: Partner with technology businesses to understand their technical requirements and advise hiring managers on efficient recruitment processes .

Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, engage, and match specialist candidates to high-value roles .

End-to-End Management: Manage the full interview process from initial outreach to placement, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up .

Process & Consistency: Follow a proven, repeatable sales methodology while taking ownership of your market .

What We're Looking For We don't expect you to arrive knowing recruitment ( although that is a bonus!) - we will teach you the trade . We are looking for:

Sales or Customer-Facing Experience: Backgrounds in direct sales, event marketing, phone-based sales, or recruitment-adjacent roles are ideal .

Coachability & Curiosity: A genuine desire to learn, ask for help early, and put feedback into practice .

Resilience & Process Discipline: The ability to stay organised and follow through over multi-week sales cycles, maintaining high standards even when deals get tough .

Respectful Communication: Confidence to speak openly, challenge hiring managers constructively when needed, and stand up for your candidates .
