Responsibilities
Source and attract HGV drivers through job boards, social media and our database. Screen candidates and check relevant qualifications and experience. Maintain accurate candidate records and keep our database up to date. Build strong relationships with drivers and clients.
Arrange interviews, registrations, and driver placements. Support the wider recruitment team with day-to-day tasks. The Ideal Candidate: Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is desirable but not essential, School Leavers WelcomeExcellent communication and people skills.
Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Confident speaking to candidates over the phone. Experience within HGV, logistics or transport recruitment would be an advantage.
